焦糖色素的工艺研究

Abstract: Yam diosgenin processing waste water has the characteristics of high concentration, high colority
and low pH value. The best material for removing the caramel pigment from the waste water of yam saponin
was powder active carbon through the comparation among the absorbing resin, ion exchange resin and active
carbon. The optimal adsorption conditions by the active carbon were obtained by means of orthogonal
experiment: temperature 40 ℃, absorbing time 45 min, amount of active carbon 8% and the pigment removal
rate up to 98.75%, the solid content removal rate up to 72.97%.

摘要: 针对黄姜生产皂素废水的特性:高浓度、高色度、低 pH 值,通过比较吸附树脂、离子交
换树脂和活性炭等材料的脱色性能,得出去除黄姜皂素废水中色素的最好材料为粉末状活性炭。
然后通过正交实验,得到粉末状活性炭吸附色素的最佳条件为:温度 60 ℃、吸附时间 45 min、
活性炭用量为 8%(w/v),废水色素脱除率高达 98.75%,废水中固形物的去除率为 72.97%。
