Establishedin 1997 from the simple idea of "making food fun", Flavour Creationsis a privately held, wholly Australian owned and operated company. Flavour Creations are world leaders in the design and manufacture of food and drink thickeners, and great tasting textured foods and fluids for individual ssuffering from a medical condition known as dysphagia.

We are currently seeking someone to be responsible in setting up new office and opening the Chinese based business of the company, assisting to register products for importing from Australia and developing Internet sales processes,eg. Taobao, Tmall, etc. The products are primarily Milk Powder based products (Non-Infant Formula).

  

The successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:

·        5+ years experience in a similar role

·        Experience in opening a business in China and business management

·        Previouse xperience in Food ideal, with knowledge of food distribution and sales channels

·        Knowledge of importing food (desired not essential)

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Read and write in English

·        Proficient in Chinese

·        Abilityto work autonomously

·        Flexible with job function

·        Knowledge of setting up a business and financial management

·        Developing and monitoring Sales and reporting back to head office

·        Logistics exposure

·        Prospecting partnerships and new business opportunities.

Salary will be commensurate with the level of knowledge and experience of the applicant.
