招聘的职位和要求：
职位描述：全国熟食质量经理（汇报给全国生鲜质量经理）：主要负责全国所有门店和工厂加工的熟食（季节性产品；面点；盒饭；加工肉制品）的质量管理
Job description
1- Establish supplier and product control plan for factory-made;consignment(代销） home-made；sushi;seasonal product control;CVS(便利店）
2- Update procedures including seasonal product according to strategy and ensure they are followed
3- Organize supplier of risky family audit including CVS and sampling test in store annually
4- Force TMC&3rd party maintain and complete figure in QMS
5- Treat and follow up non-conformities in QMS. Rank 1 NC should reduce 15% and all of NC should be followed in QMS.
6- Deal with administrative details for third parties (invoice, contracts,…)
7- Propose budget for quality control plan & ensure a strict follow up of the cost
8- Home-made training to commercial team and store about the HACCP strategy
9- Follow up traceability project (recipe) with commercial team

Requirments:
1. Bachelor in food science or agronomy.
2. Min. 3 years working experience relative to delicatessen production or store-made expeirence
3. Medium level of English speaking, writing & reading.
4. Detail-oriented;Team working. Collaboration with supplier and commercial teams. Must be able to work under pressure and in emergency situations.

工作地点:上海
待遇：6500+RMB 奖金2个月以上;带薪年假15天；一个月一天带薪病假；通信费200RMB/月
